ANA PAN: The taste of quality, the natural taste

Over the years, the business has expanded into a chain of shops where the customers know that they can always find excellent confectionery, pastry and bakery products.
At the beginning of 2006, based on a 5-million Euro investment, a modern Pilot Facility was commissioned, specializing in the production of bakery, pastry and confectionery products. The facility turns out 1,700 tons of bakery products/year, 430 tons of pastry products/year and 475 tons of confectionery products/year, all made under the European food safety regulations.
Since November 2007, ANA PAN has its own franchise system for the sale of pastry and confectionery products. By May 2009, apart from ANA PAN’s own 19 outlets, already seven other units operating under the franchise system were opened in Bucharest, Pitesti, Constanta, Otopeni, and Chitila.
Since quality has always been ANA PAN’s main objective, the customers constantly associate its brand name with quality products. Every ingredient is carefully selected, exclusively of natural origin. Permanent care and concern for customer health prompted ANA PAN to always use solely fresh raw materials free from any preservatives. Once ot of the oven, the products are immediately displayed on the shelves. Fresh products are permanently offered to ANA PAN’s customers.

Tasty and flavoury, ANA PAN’s confectionery, pastry and bakery products, made according to original recipes, recall the savor of the Romanian traditional cuisine and of all the goodies “mummy used to make at home”. Moreover, products, made under international recipes are to be found, equally inviting and savoury. The secret of the success enjoyed by ANA PAN’s products today lies in its original recipes, natural and carefully selected ingredients of the highest quality.
The products made according to Romanian traditional recipes also give great joy to ANA PAN’s customers. Their choice taste has earned them the reputation of “homemade cakes”. Over 300 confectionery, pastry and bakery specialities can be found in ANA’s shops. New products are launched every month.
The management monitors the customer satisfaction, appreciation and acceptance, as the customers are those who decide whether or not the new products will be further produced.
Furthermore, ANA’s confectionery shops offer diet products. Nutrition experts assist and help in preparing these specialities. Moreover, the company’s employees are permanently trained to deliver high-class services.
