The production activity is structured by workshops which turn out matrices and high-precision instruments.
ANA MEP SDV manufactures:

• moulds for plastic injection;
• punching machines;
• automatic rolling thread devices for electrical motors;
• measuremnt and control devices;
• precision devices;
• special gauges;
• broaches, screw taps;
• thread and creeper rollers.

The company has acquired new machinery in order to process complicated parts and to assemble them with a high degree of precision. Since July 2004, ANA MEP SDV has taken from ANA IMEP the service activity for machines, tools, installations and equipments.
ANA MEP SDV is today able to provide its customers with modern know-how, well-trained employees and an extensive expertise in its field of activity. The company has also transferred from ANA IMEP the service activity for machine tools, installations and equipment. The company can thus execute:

• current repair operations, capital repairs, technical revisions;
• placing and replacing machine tools and installations, fixed assets dismantlings;
• streamlining of machine tools and installations.

ANA MEP makes available to its customers state-of-the-art know-how and well-trained employees having a vast expertise in their field of activity. The company has also a heat treatment workshop for both surface and depth thermal treatment, a monitoring workshop endowed with high-precision verification devices and apparatus, metrologically checked at regular intervals.
